  Called in a carry out order this evening. The pizzas were picked up and both of hem were made incorrectly. A pizza with no sauce turned into pepperoni on a pizza crust, that's right they did not put cheese on the pizza either! When we called to speak to the manager we were on hold for well over 10 minutes. We did speak to one employee who said our pizza had been ordered with no cheese, according to the order ticket that we were given he was clearly wrong. After holding for a bit longer, we disconnected and called again. We were able to speak with a manager in the second call. She was helpful and will be crediting back the price of the two pizzas. Pretty sure this will be our last visit to Pizza Hut of Benson.

  There was nothing that I liked the past 3 times I have ordered I have had to wait 15 or more minutes after the order was placed and was told 15 minutes top. I called tonight complain about the pizza not even cut and the so called manager was oblivious to even conversations with me piss poor service and so called management. Wouldn't recommend it at all
