  Went here 7 years ago and was frustrated because the owner talked to a customer about N.Y. and gambling and the Yankees for 15 minutes while I waited. Finally, he grabbed a pizza that had been there the whole time and said to me, "I got your pizza right here, buddy." I didn't complain but I just didn't go for years with that kind of service. Well, here we are years later and I call in an order for pick-up and get a price quoted over the phone for a medium two topping pizza. When I get there and wait 10 minutes for the pizza that was there the entire time, the price charged is higher than the price given on the phone. I note that I was given a price over the phone, and the cashier points to a chart and tells me that I was charged according to the price there. I indicated that I asked what the price was and that the price given over the phone should be what is charged. Then he slid the pizza over to me and I stood there and he asked when I didn't move if I wanted a receipt. Well, I got a receipt conveniently torn that didn't show the total. I think that $17.10 for a 2 topping pizza is a bit much and that this business is really a ZERO start business. Too bad.

  Best Italian food around! My boyfriend and I always get the Lasagna Alfredo and it's never disappointed us. The people there are also always friendly!

  The food is good and timely but the staff is rude over the phone. Numerous times I've called and gotten "you don't have the right menu" or claim it's not the right restaurant when blatantly it is considering the menu is the one I got the last time I was at their location. May pop in here again but definitely second guess it until their staff can learn some manners.
